Booking Basics Qatar: UX/UI and Web Development

Booking Basics needed a platform that worked for both sides of its marketplace, one with clear navigation, true bilingual support, and a design that matched the brand it was building.

Booking Basics Qatar: UX/UI and Web Development
The Challenge

One page. Two languages. No clear path for freelancers or buyers.

Booking Basics connects people across the Gulf region with local freelancers, but the site behind that promise was a single page trying to do too much. Arabic and English content sat side by side with no clear structure. Navigation gave visitors no signposts. The platform had to work for two very different users, freelancers looking for work and buyers looking to hire, and right now it was not working for either one.

  • A single page carried both freelancer and buyer content with no separation
  • Arabic and English content mixed together with no consistent structure
  • Navigation gave visitors no clear route to what they came for
  • Neither freelancers nor buyers could complete their journey with confidence
The Approach

One platform. Rebuilt for structure, language, and a clear journey.

We did not patch the existing page. We rebuilt Booking Basics as a structured, bilingual platform designed around how freelancers and buyers actually use it.

1

Audit

We mapped the existing single page against what freelancers and buyers actually needed to accomplish.

2

Design

A new sitemap and navigation, built around two distinct user journeys and true bilingual support.

3

Build

A responsive, brand-aligned platform designed to perform across every device.

4

Launch

Improved structure, content organization, and design, live across the platform.
