Opportunity
As a Customer Success Specialist at BRAVA 360 Digital, you'll be the bridge between our agency and our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Beyond guiding them through our digital marketing services, you'll embody a deep understanding of industry concepts and possess excellent communication skills, including proficiency in Arabic, to provide exceptional support and guidance.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of industry terminology and concepts, effectively communicating technical information to clients clearly and concisely.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding across all levels of expertise.
- Maintain responsiveness to client inquiries and concerns, even during non-traditional business hours, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
- Collaborate closely with our technical and creative teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
This role is well-suited for individuals with a passion for customer service and a deep understanding of digital marketing principles. While prior experience in a similar role within a digital agency is preferred, we welcome candidates with a strong customer-centric mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving client success.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in Arabic language, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking clients.
