UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Dubai. You will work closely with our strategy, development, and content teams to design beautiful, conversion-focused digital experiences for clients across the GCC.

This is a hands-on role — from early discovery and wireframes all the way to final production assets and developer handoff.

What You Will Do

• Design websites, landing pages, and digital product interfaces from scratch
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
• Translate client briefs into user-centred design solutions
• Collaborate with developers during build to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Conduct user research and apply insights to improve design decisions
• Maintain and evolve design systems across client projects

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design (agency or in-house)
• Strong Figma skills — you should be fast and organised
• A portfolio showing real-world web design projects
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and front-end constraints
• Solid communication skills — you can explain your design decisions clearly
• Experience with GCC/Arabic market is a plus but not required
